I just wanted to say thank you for your help and service! My 24 month old Kenwood fridge freezer packed up last week and Kenwood weren't interested at all, sending me to Currys who were equally useless! They offered a paid repair for £219, and I also got a few local quotes for between £200-£250 to repair what is supposedly a common fault (E4). Then I stumbled on your website 24 hours ago, and after spending less than £50 including next day delivery and following the steps on your website I've repaired it myself!
